Ordering & Payment

1. How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collection, add items to your cart, and follow the checkout process.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, UnionPay).



Shipping and Delivery

1. What is your shipping policy?

We offer free local shipping via SingPost tracked postage.
Your order will be delivered to your letterbox.  

2. How soon will I receive my order?

Orders will be mailed out within 48 hours (excluding weekends and Public Holidays).

Shipping via SingPost takes 2-3 working days. 

3. How to track your order? 

Once order is mailed out, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Track your item delivery on SingPost mobile app or www.singpost.com/track-items.

4. Do you ship internationally? 

We are currently unable to ship outside of Singapore, but we are evaluating our shipping options and hope to include international destinations soon. 



Returns & Exchanges

1. Exchange/Refund Policy

All transactions are final and binding. No cancellations, changes, or refunds are permitted, except in cases where we have dispatched an incorrect or defective item. In such instances, we will gladly provide an exchange. However, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Item has been damaged/altered/misused by you


2. How to do an exchange?

Step 1 - Drop us an email at yourfunpiece@gmail.com along with photos of the incorrect or defected item for our review.

Step 2 - Once approved, kindly pack item securely in original box and seal properly. Send the package to us via tracked mail and we will reimburse you for the shipping cost once we receive your package.

Step 3 - Exchange options: 
a) Same item (if in stock)
b) Different product (pay difference if higher value, or receive refund if lower value)
